Entry Requirement:
Grade 4 in GCSE English Language or GCSE English Literature and
Pass in BTEC First Award in Travel & Tourism (or equivalent if studied)
Course Overview:
These qualifications have been designed to provide an all-round introduction to the travel and tourism sector for those who wish to further their careers in one of its many connected industries, including retail travel, visitor attractions, and accommodation, transport and tour operations.
You will discover how important the travel and tourism industry is to the UK Economy, develop skills needed to interpret and analyse statistics, investigate the features and appeal of global destinations and explore ways of managing the customer experience and develop customer service skills.

Unit 3 – Principles of Marketing in Travel and Tourism

BTEC Level 3 National Certificate/ Extended Certificate
