KS3 Girls Attend Girls in Engineering Event at Boeing

On Wednesday a small group of KS3 students were invited to the Crawley BOEING offices for a Girls in Engineering event.  A fabulous day of talks and activities from some very inspirational women supporting the next generation of female STEM employees.  As always, our students surpassed themselves with our ‘Glamourous Glider’ team taking home first place.

Remembrance Service, Monday 11th November 2024

This morning on the 11th November, the staff and students of ICC gathered in the atrium for a service of remembrance.

As we gathered around the central atrium we watched the well perfected ceremonial drill of our students who are members of the Army Cadets, Air Cadets and Police Cadets as they led the service.

Five Year 10 Students Visit Elekta’s Cutting Edge MRI Imaging Machines

On Wednesday, five Year 10 students joined peers from eight other local schools for an exciting visit to Elekta, a global leader in precision radiation medicine. Year 8 Science Club Students Earned Their Bronze CREST Award

Year 8 science club students earned their Bronze CREST Award for their innovative zombie apocalypse project. By exploring how to protect a compound, grow food, communicate, and move safely, the students combined science with creative problem-solving in a fun and unique way.
